We are continually enhancing DSI’s Business Development infrastructure to more closely reflect three things; the dynamics of our industry, our valued customer requirements, and the talents and business acumen of our loyal consulting staff. As a staff member, you are closer to your client, on a regular basis, than anyone else in our organization. You are very well positioned to hear about opportunities to increase business activity at your client.
The purpose of the Client Builder Program is to recognize and reward Diversified Systems’ account leaders who are in a position to identify new business opportunities and provide information to DSI in a timely, efficient manner, resulting in our ability
to capture additional business. This program refers to these DSI leaders as “Client Builders” and the new opportunities are called “leads”.
DSI believes that if you are properly motivated, you will pass along leads to us in a timely manner. This timeliness provides DSI a competitive advantage to grow the account. Client Builders are financially rewarded for helping with this growth and are therefore motivated to promote future growth.
Any interested member of our technical staff who has completed 6 full billable weeks is eligible. Anyone with the desire and willingness to participate in the program will be considered. An account may have more than one Client Builder in place. A meeting will be scheduled with DSI to discuss and determine your level of interest, and answer any questions. DSI will assess your account, and your situation to make an acceptance decision and enroll you in the program.
In the Client Builder program, your primary focus remains on your technical assignment. This will help ensure a high degree of client satisfaction. The Client Builder program is not intended to take time from your focus, or interfere with it in any way. Your program responsibilities are simply to be aware of new client needs, be observant, spot opportunities, and then contact DSI. An email from you will document this notification, and allow DSI to validate the status of the opportunity and track it in Salesforce.com. This will qualify you for Client Builder compensation when new business results.
By becoming a DSI Client Builder, you can receive additional compensation above and beyond your existing plan. The program provides compensation in the form of one-time start-up bonuses for each start as well as on-going quarterly bonuses for each headcount.
