  • For the State of Ohio, DSI is managing the development efforts for the Federally mandated scope increase for the Ohio Disease Reporting System to include detection and tracking of bioterrorism incidents.
  • For one of the Fortune 500 banks in the country, DSI is supporting the implementation of the largest Novell network including installation, testing, performance measuring, tuning, training and support.
  • For a popular children's magazine, DSI redesigned their Magazine Subscription Warehouse Distribution System to increase speed of subscriptions and streamline data transfers to other mission critical systems.
  • For a large Healthcare Research firm, DSI analyzed the validity of criticaly stored data and performed extensive data mining. Management reports were developed to define operational performance measurements and optimized quality control.
  • DSI performs Project Management for the State of Ohio including the integration of Automated Drug Dispensing Machines into all the psychiatric hospitals; the technical management of the Statewide conversion from the old Food Stamp program to the Electronic Benefits Card program (EBT Smartcard); and the technical coordination for the enhancements of the Child Support Enforcement Tracking System.
  • DSI planned and completed Year 2000 Compliancy projects for a large national insurance company to insure the integrity of company financial transactions.
  • DSI performed a high-level Gap Analysis, feasibility assessment, and the complete redesign of the State's Mental Health Prescription Warehouse. This system serves 60 remote public facilities.
  • DSI performs networking design and administration.  For instance, the complete overhaul of an existing network in terms of upgrading hardware, software, facility and personnel, and support policies and procedures, to attain goals pertinent to budgetary and performance objectives.
